Every guest will be required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before going on the lake. People that have not signed a waiver are not permitted in our ice house.

Smoking is not permitted in our ice house, a $250 fee will be charged for non compliance.

Guest are to leave the ice house in the same condition it was in when they arrived. Any cooking equipment used should be cleaned before you check out.

Please leave the ice house clean and tidy or you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

Damage to our equipment or the ice house is to be reported at check out, cost associated with the repairs will be charged to the renter.

No pets are allowed in our ice house.

No ice cleats in the ice house.

Cleaning of fish is not permitted in the ice house, there are public fish cleaning stations located in the parking lot.

Guest are required to take all trash, bottles/cans and human waste with them upon departure.

Do not dispose of old bait in fishing holes, It is illegal and will have a negative effect on the next guests.

You will be on a public lake and there may be others fishing near you, we ask that guest are respectful of other anglers enjoying their time on the lake.
